Nikki & Katie

Hi, we’re Nikki and Katie, the team behind Knead & Nook.

Nikki has had a passion for baking and cooking for as long as she can remember. She loves experimenting with new recipes, perfecting flavors, and bringing people joy through homemade treats. She grew up in Moriarty, where her love for homemade, from-scratch food really took root.

Katie is originally from a small town in Texas and moved here six years ago. She’s the numbers expert behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly, and she has an incredible talent for decorating and bringing creativity and beauty to everything we make.

Together, we combine passion, creativity, and attention to detail to create something truly special for our customers.
